5,000+ Women Freed
You’ve tried everything.
The calorie counting. The points. The apps. The programs that promised this time would be different.
You started strong. You always do. You mustered up the motivation, stocked the fridge, planned every meal, told yourself this was finally it.
And maybe your body isn’t even responding the way it used to. The rules that worked at 30 don’t work anymore. Everything feels harder now.
Then it stopped working. Like it always does.
Not because you lack willpower. Not because you’re lazy. Not because something is wrong with you.
It stopped working because you were never meant to carry this alone.
He knows your heart. He sees your struggle.
He knows you are exhausted from:
He wants to release you from this burden and heal you. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
“I thought I needed more willpower. Turns out, I needed more surrender.”— Mary

What if the answer was never about trying harder?
What if you handed it all to Him? Every meal, every craving, every fear. For 63 days?
All of it. Handed to Him. For 63 days.
Let’s be clear about what 63 Surrendered is not. Because you’ve probably seen enough diet programs to last a lifetime, and we don’t blame you for being skeptical.
63 Surrendered is a 63-day spiritual journey for Catholic women who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start trusting the Lord with their food, their weight, and their peace.
This is not a diet. This is surrender.
“I didn’t just lose weight. I lost shame. I gained peace. And I got closer to God.” — Lisa
Four daily disciplines. About 30 minutes. No gym, no food scale, no complicated rules. Just you and the Lord, one day at a time.
Each morning, you’ll pray the Surrender Novena, a powerful Catholic prayer that trains your heart to release control to the Lord. Three minutes that will change the rest of your day. This one prayer is the foundation everything else is built on.
You’ll create a simple, easy-to-stick-to food plan each day, made up of foods you actually love. No forbidden foods. No complicated rules. Just a peaceful plan. If something changes, you surrender the change. That’s it.
When your plan changes during the day, you pause and say, “Jesus, I surrender this change to you.” You write it down, and then you eat. No guilt, no shame spiral. A calm brain does not stress eat. This simple practice is what breaks the cycle.
Using guided prompts in your workbook, you’ll spend a few minutes each morning and evening connecting with the Lord about your food, your body, and your heart. This daily rhythm is what makes the transformation stick, long after the 63 days are over.
Pray. Plan. Surrender. Connect.
That’s the whole day. The rest is just living your life in peace.
“For the first time in my life, I feel peace around food. This is what I’d been praying for.” — Anne

Challenge Currently ClosedI have been doing my daily surrender prayer and meal tracking faithfully. I actually enjoy it and it’s working! In 5 weeks, 13 pounds!
AnneI am down 7 lbs since day 1. But it hasn’t really been about the weight. That’s the side result. The real transformation is the peace.
PattyI spent 40 years trapped in a cycle of strict dieting, bingeing, shame, and believing nothing would ever change. Now the desire to binge is completely gone, and I feel free and at peace around food.
MaryI actually stopped the ‘lose 2, gain 2’ plateau routine and kept losing, slowly but surely.
AnneI was afraid nothing would ever change and had no expectations left when I started. Now my relationship with food feels healed, my body has changed naturally, and I finally feel free.
ChantalI lived in an all-or-nothing mindset where one small mistake meant I’d blown everything and had to start over on Monday. Now I notice when I overeat, stop much faster, and move on without condemning myself.
CharlotteI am free! I am free from sugar addiction. I am free from food obsession. I am free from thinking about food all day. The daily Surrender Novena has helped me realize the strength of my Catholic faith.
ThereseI spent decades watching my weight go up and down, feeling stuck in dieting and control. Now I feel calm, more in control of my choices, and no longer ruled by food.
KelseyI have actually stuck with this! I am changing habits, learning to change my brain, experiment and grow. This is the first program I’ve ever stayed with.
RoseThe idea that I get to eat the foods that I like and that I feel good about, and not focus on foods I can’t have, is so freeing. The surrender prayer is so powerful.
Sarah
These are women just like you, once stuck, lost, and frustrated with their weight loss struggles.
They found peace through surrender and are finally losing the weight for good.
It’s time for healing.
I’m Denise Jelinek and I’m a Catholic weight loss coach. I have helped over 5,000 women lose weight eating the foods they like without feeling deprived.
I was a closet binge-eater for many years and it was so painful. I was filled with shame. I knew I had a blessed life so I didn’t understand why I was raiding the pantry like a raccoon at night when no one was looking.
I went on a journey to stop dieting and to truly find peace around food permanently. I learned how to do exactly that and now it’s my great honor to teach other Catholic women to do the same thing.
Join this challenge and I’ll show you how your heart deeply desires the Lord and He will give you everything you need to have peace around food.
you’re just looking for a strict diet plan to follow, or if you’re not ready to surrender your struggles with food and weight to the Lord.
This is a spiritual journey first. The weight loss follows the surrender, not the other way around.
Each day, you’ll complete four simple practices: (1) Pray the Surrender Novena, about 3 minutes. (2) Plan your meals and snacks using foods you love, about 10 minutes. (3) Surrender any changes to your plan through prayer. (4) Connect with God in the morning and evening using guided prompts, about 15 minutes total. That’s it. No gym required. No complicated prep. Just daily surrender.
About 30 minutes a day after your first week. During the first week, you’ll spend about an hour getting set up: praying the Surrender Novena, identifying your chaos foods, and creating your first food plan. After that, your daily commitment is about 30 minutes: the prayer, food planning, and morning/evening connection. Weekly coaching calls are 60 minutes (replays available). Most women say it feels like less time than the mental energy they used to spend stressing about food.
You’ll eat the foods you love that you feel good about eating. Each day, you’ll make a simple food plan with foods you enjoy. There is no strict plan, no forbidden foods, and no complicated rules. If you need to make a change during the day, you’ll “surrender it” by writing it down and offering it to the Lord. It’s that simple.
Chaos foods are the specific foods that create chaos in your life, the ones that trigger bingeing, guilt spirals, or loss of control. They’re different for everyone. During your first week, you’ll identify yours and learn to surrender them. This isn’t about banning foods forever. It’s about understanding which foods pull you away from peace, and giving those to the Lord.
Here’s what our 63 Surrendered women say: “If you are a woman of faith, do the challenge. It not only helps surrender weight loss but also helps every area of your life.” And: “You are worth it. Let God love you in this way.” If you feel drawn to this, there is a reason. Pray about it and trust what the Holy Spirit tells you.
Daily exercise is an optional part of this challenge, and it’s defined as something you enjoy, not something you dread. A walk. Gentle stretching. Dancing in your kitchen. There is always a form of movement that works for your body. And if exercise truly isn’t possible right now, the other three disciplines are more than enough.
When you lose motivation (which will happen, it’s human), the group helps you regain your desire within the day rather than within weeks. You’ll be inspired by other women’s stories, stop feeling alone in your struggle, make real friends who understand, and have access to weekly coaching calls where Denise helps you work through whatever’s coming up.

63 Surrendered is rooted in Catholic spirituality: the Surrender Novena, daily prayer, and trust in the Lord are at the heart of everything. If you’re Catholic or deeply drawn to Catholic prayer and tradition, you will feel at home here.
New groups begin every Monday. When you purchase, you’ll get immediate access to your welcome materials so you can prepare over the weekend. Then on Monday, you’ll start Day 1 alongside your group. This way, everyone walks through the 63 days together, with shared coaching calls, community support, and accountability from day one.
Many women find that 63 days builds a foundation of surrender that carries them forward indefinitely. For those who want continued support, we offer Restored, our advanced coaching community with lifetime access to group coaching, additional programs, and a deeper Catholic women’s community. But 63 Surrendered is a complete experience on its own. You will not be the same.
We believe in this program because we’ve seen it transform thousands of lives. Complete the daily practices for the full 63 days (the prayer, the food planning, the surrender) and if you don’t experience a genuine shift in your relationship with food, email us at [email protected] and we’ll refund every penny.

You’ve been carrying this for a long time. The weight on your body, yes. But also the weight on your heart. The shame of starting over. The exhaustion of trying harder. The quiet fear that maybe this is just who you are.
It’s not.
You were not made to white-knuckle your way through life. You were made to surrender. To hand it all to the One who already knows every struggle, every late-night trip to the pantry, every tear you’ve cried over a number on a scale.
He is not tired of you. He is not disappointed in you. He has been waiting for you to stop trying to do this alone.
63 days. $1 a day. One prayer at a time.
Come to Him. He will give you rest.
