 Hey everybody. Today, I want to talk to you about the two foods that you should never eat for lasting weight loss. Sounds sensational, doesn’t it? You probably think, oh, what’s she gonna say? Is it carbs? Is it sugar? Is it alcohol? I want to talk to you about these two foods, why, because these are the two foods that typically lead you to feeling regret,or they hold up your weight loss progress. So spoiler alert, these two foods, actually aren’t foods. They are the feelings that you have when you eat these foods. But I like to call them types of foods because they’re impulse foods and pressure foods. Impulse foods, foods that you take out of impulse that you necessarily didn’t plan to eat, but you find yourself impulsively eating them. And the second one is pressure foods, foods that you feel pressure to eat, maybe social pressure, maybe you’re at a party and other people are eating them, so you want eat them or you’re at a restaurant and you plan to eat a salad, but everybody else orders nachos, or somebody offers you food or a big one for a lot of women is someone made food for you and you feel pressured to eat it.
