 Hey everybody, today I want to talk to you about what to eat, to lose weight and not gain it back. Because I have never had a woman come to me and said that she wants to lose weight temporarily and then she doesn’t mind if she gains it back because she’ll just lose it again, no. And you’ve probably been in that situation where you’ve gained and lost yo-yo dieted, restricted and binged. I’ve been on that cycle for years, maybe even decades and some women, they say their whole lives. And so now let’s get down to the truth and a more accurate title of this podcast would be what to eat while you are learning how to lose weight. And you’re like, what? Isn’t what you eat the way you lose weight?
