 Hey, everybody, happy Monday. Today, I’ll be sharing with you what I consider to be one of the most essential weight loss tools any woman can create for ourselves and that is called a protocol. So today I want to tell you what it is or why we do it, how to do it for yourself, and then I’m going to give you some real life examples in my life. I want to give you lots of examples so that you can get your creative juices going and be able to do this. Essentially, what a protocol is that we identify vulnerable or challenging situations that we can get ourselves into and where we are typically stressy.
