 I wanted to do this episode because we’re in this odd time between Christmas and new year’s.  Within the weight loss world where we’re still celebrating, but we’re also kind of gearing up to what we are going to do for New Year’s? And so  let’s just take a breath.  Let’s just pause.  And you may be having lots of feelings and lots of thoughts and sentences running through your mind,  but this is for you if you’re feeling confused, and stuck.  Maybe confused on  why did I do that? How did I gain this weight?  What should I do next?  And stuck. Like I have no idea how to even change anything.  So first of all, I want you to know you’re not alone.  We all feel that way.
