Denise: So hey, everybody, welcome to the podcast, and today I have another one of our success stories of someone who has come to weight loss the Catholic way, who has tried many things. You’re gonna hear her story, but you’re gonna hear the miracle God has performed in her life through the work of 63 Surrendered, one of the programs that we offer that teach you how to do weight loss the Catholic way.
So I’m not gonna spill any of the beans on the miracles that have happened in her life and the physical transformation that God has put her on, so please just let me welcome Wendy. Wendy, thanks for being here.
Wendy: Thank you for having me, Denise. I’m glad to be here.
Denise: Yeah, this is so awesome. I guess as we dive in, tell our audience a little bit about you and about your history with food and weight.
Wendy: So my history with food and weight really starts right from the very beginning. I grew up in a family where I was surrounded by people with weight problems and food problems and also emotional trauma right from the beginning. When I was 18 months old, my grandfather committed suicide, and a year later, my uncle did.
And so it just compounded everything. I think from the moment from very, very, very young on, I just started on that emotional track, that , we turned to food. As a family, we did, and that’s what I learned to do. And weight problems, I’m talking about 700-pound family members.
And I grew up with a circle around me of friends and family. I saw countless people go through gastric bypasses, succeed and fail over and over and over again. So I grew up with this, and I saw it.
I did not have a weight problem. The eating problem did not start to catch up with me until I was about 12 or 13 years old, and then I started to see myself as having a weight problem, and started to put myself on self-imposed diets, like candy bar diets. Stupid stuff.
I had no guidelines to go on. I didn’t understand what nutrition meant. I was being told by other people I was fat, overweight, and so I would try to do something about it. And through my teen years, I would do the up and down. Up, down. I’d lose a couple pounds, gain them and double back. I continued that on for the rest of my life.
By the time I was in my 20s, I went to Weight Watchers. I remember struggling to get to 10 pounds to lose weight. And I just fought just to be able to, for them to say I did a good job and I got to 10 pounds. I finally fell off and couldn’t do it anymore, and of course, gained that 10 pounds plus the 10 pounds back. And it just became a cycle over and over again. I did the same things.
Finally, at a point we found Light Weigh, and we joined Light Weight, and by this point that I joined Light Weight, I had done so many up, downs, up, downs that I was very fast creeping up. And what is funny is that I think I was up into maybe 250-ish by that point. When we joined Light Weigh.
Light Weigh worked, you could say, I could say. I lost 81 pounds on Light Weight very fast. But what happened is as the weight came off, I ended up getting panic attacks, and the more weight that came off, I just, the panic attacks just kept getting worse and worse.
Finally, I got to. I was, like, a couple of pounds away from what my supposed goal was, and the panic attacks were so bad and I was just so out of control, is that I just completely stopped everything and went to food, and realized food gained back the 81 pounds and doubled it. And so that was just a cycle I just continued.
After Light Weigh, I just gave up. I was like, “I’m done.” I just, the stress of it. I had to be medically treated for panic attacks at that point. And they had to get them under control with medication. Which automatically the medications they give you helps with weight gain. And so it just was out of control. And so I just gave up, felt hopeless.
Some years went by, and Hallmark brought out a movie about the story of Lois Wilson, the wife of Bill Wilson, the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous. I watched the movie and thought, oh my gosh, my problem is food, like theirs is alcohol.
And I had turned to my mom and said, “I wish there was something like that for me.” If only I was an alcoholic. And she said, “Well, you could go to OA.” And I said, “Okay.” So I dove into OA. The problem for me, and I did OA for five years, it was the physical aspect. I had learned after Light Weigh that Light Weigh had thrown me not into just deprivation mode, but starvation mode.
And after that, any time I went toward any kind of restriction, I withheld food of any kind, I just felt that fear grip me tighter. Wow. And it was like, I just, I couldn’t go there. It just scared me half to death. And so I just pulled away from anything that led me in that direction.
In OA, one of the first things I was given was, like, the restricted meal plans of what I had to do. And again, it scared me. And so I started switching from OA program to OA program. What’s interesting about that is God had me on a journey.
So I started out in the physical aspect of OA, and when I kept switching to a different OA group, it was a spiritual, so then I switched to a more spiritual side of focusing on the spiritual element of what the 12 steps were.
And I just, it just kept changing, until finally it was like a whole spiritual approach. So we did that for about five years. And then I was in a traumatic accident. I was attacked, viciously attacked by a dog. And the fear element, I had to deal with fear out of control. Couldn’t sleep without the lights on. Healing process took a long time.
But I kind of gave everything up again for about a year, and then one day decided to pick up the blue book, the AA’s blue book and start reading it and realizing, okay, kind of need to go here. I’m being called, drawn again to look at this, which I did.
And what happened in that process is I was led to what’s called Recoveries Anonymous, which is a 12-step spiritual program. We look at everything on a spiritual basis, that all of our symptoms are caused by something spiritual. There’s no force, there’s no physical restrictions on what we do. We’re turning it all over to God.
For 10 years, I have done that in those 10 years, of course, I was drawn to all of this because of weight. And in these 10 years I have had a ton of healing through the 12 steps, from fear from things like hatred. I was able to take care of my dad. So two years ago my dad passed away from cancer.
We were able to keep him home in hospice and take care of him. Prior to working through the 12 steps, I wouldn’t have been able to do that. The, just the, what was going on between us, I couldn’t have done it. So it was a miracle that I was able to do that.
But this last year I have just been in my prayers of, I recognize that I didn’t know how to eat. I was like, according to the 12-step program, I was supposed to be looking at myself as recovered. Looking at food sanely, and it was like, but I don’t. So I was like, I just kept praying to God “Show me. Show me what I’m supposed to do. Show me how am I supposed to eat. I don’t know how to eat, how I’m supposed to eat.”
And I would look at things like Weight Watchers, and immediately be like, “Nope.” And I would look at other things, like maybe this is what God’s calling me to. Nope. Well then one day I was scrolling on Facebook, and this thing popped up, and I’m, like, looking at it, and it was like There’s Denise, I think the first thing I saw, I think, was about the Surrender Novena.
And I was like, “Okay, I’m interested,” but then I thought it was a scam, and I was like, so guess what? It just kept showing up then every day after that because I’d clicked on it once. I’d looked at it. And then I went to your website, and I was like, back and forth.
I went and looked up the Surrender Novena, and I thought I can start this. I’m gonna start this.” And then a couple days go by, and then it pops up and says, “You wanna do the five-day free challenge?” And I was like, “Sure. I’ll do something for free.”
And so I started with the five-day challenge. I was day two, and I was sold. I was like, “No.” “I have to do the whole thing. I have to do all 63 days.” And then completed the five-day challenge. But I already felt things changing before I even got to 63 Surrender.
Denise: I’m getting goosebumps. Yeah. Wow.
Wendy: Yeah. So it was, just, again, that drawing. And then that feeling of God kept telling me, “This is where I want you. This is where I’m leading you to.” “Pay attention. You know, look into it.” And so I did.
Denise: And you may have already covered this, but before 63 Surrendered, what were you struggling with the most when it came to food, weight, and your relationship with God? It sounded like God was good, but you were like, “I just don’t know how to eat.”
Wendy: God was good, but there was still that part of me that didn’t feel he wanted anything to do with me and my food.
Denise: Yes, I hear that all the time.
Wendy: Where that problem was with food. I would ask him for help. I mean, there were so many other areas of my life that I had asked for help and he had helped with, but with food, it just didn’t seem like he heard me.
And so there was that aspect. And I can say food and weight-wise, as I said, weight, out of control. Not even paying attention to it. Food-wise, I thought I was a stress eater. And so I thought that stress is what motivated to me to eat, and doing 63 Surrender found out that was not true.
Denise: So what is true, then, for you?
Wendy: I am very much emotionally charged for eating. And it’s just, it’s what drives me. It’s what drives me. So I was astounded to learn that. Yeah. So that in itself was eye-opening for me, to be able to see that about myself.
Denise: And knowing that about yourself, what you said it was, like, astounding to realize that I think it changed my perception because if I was saying that I was a stress eater, I could relate it to this situation or that situation, where emotionally it’s just the ongoing emotions that are built up in me over time, over my entire lifetime playing out, and that I just turned to food.
Wendy: I turned to food if I was cold. I turned to food if I needed rest, if I needed a break. That’s what I did. I didn’t take a step back and think about, why am I going to get food? There was no thought there. I just ate.
Denise: Yeah. And for everybody listening, I really believe that what Wendy’s describing is the difference between a stress eater is a person, like she said, “Oh, stress is causing me to eat.
Everything’s fine. I don’t eat when I’m not stressed, but when I get stressed, I eat.”
Versus an emotional eater, which I’m in Wendy’s boat, too. I’m in the emotional eater, where food is the solution to everything. I’m cold, I eat. I’m happy, I eat. I’m sad, I eat. It’s Tuesday, I eat. It was just some sort of discomfort or some sort of longing, it just seemed to be the solution for everything.
And I can also say I love to cook. It’s a passion. And so I have always had in my reasoning of the fact that I love to cook, so automatically I’m going to be fat. And it was like I have learned already it’s not true. I love food. I love to cook food. I can enjoy food. But there’s a right way to look at food, and it’s just been amazing to have that peace with food that I never thought was possible, really.
Denise: Yeah. Yeah, and you say a right way, but I’ll just say it’s the. There’s an ordered way. Because God put. the desire in you to be a cook, and he doesn’t want that desire to be filled if it means that it’s going to harm you. So what has been some of your biggest surprises during 63 Surrender? Were you hesitant to start another weight loss program?
Wendy: Yes, at first. But the thing that kind of drew me was the spiritual element. And because I had been doing a spiritual program for 10 years, just another spiritual program, I just had a hope that it was something that would actually reach the real reason of why I was overeating.
And so I just trusted, I really just believe that God led me here, and so I just was like, “Okay, I’m just trusting that this is where you want me.” And I didn’t really try to overthink the fact about weight loss. I really felt I had a very long journey ahead of me to unpack whatever was causing me to overeat.
Denise: So you thought you had a long journey, but are you saying it was shorter than you thought?
Wendy: It’s shorter at the moment. I can say that starting 63 Surrender, the one thing right off the bat that I noticed changed is the food noise. I didn’t even know what food noise was before I started this program.
I’d say within two weeks of starting 63 Surrender, I started to see, I bet I was at 100%. I would eat breakfast in the morning, and then within two hours of eating breakfast go, and I work from home, I work remotely, and so I would get up from my home office and go to the kitchen and go get some. So literally every two hours, I was finding a reason to go get something to eat.
Denise: Yeah.
Wendy: I noticed that start changing within the first two weeks of 63 Surrender. And I started 63 Surrender and put every slot on my meal plan. I filled in every snack. And then as I said, about two weeks. I would get to the end of the day and realize that I never went to go get a snack, and never noticed that I didn’t go get a snack. And it just finally just faded off of my meal plan altogether. And so the food noise was something that just diminished greatly, big time.
Denise: Yeah, that’s so incredible. For the people who don’t know what 63 Surrender program is, there’s a part where you make an easy to stick to meal plan, which is the, Wendy said. She made a plan, and she just put lunch, dinner, snack, dinner, and filled in all the spots.
And when we do that, it shows our brain, it creates safety in our brain. You know, when she was talking about the other programs, that they created deprivation. That deprivation is really what sets us up for binging. It creates that unsafeness in our brain, and then we just, always seek safety in food. So within two weeks you noticed that. That’s amazing.
Wendy: And now looking back from when I started, so I started 63 Surrender on March 11th, and my home office used to be a collection of bags of boxes of chips and crackers. They have not been in my office since then. And I have no desire to binge on any of them.
And it’s not like I’m depriving myself. I feel good about what I plan on my easy to stick to meal plan. I look forward to the meals that I have. Listening to your podcast, I can say I knew I was a volume eater very quickly when we started 63 Surrendered.
And I very much have kind of gone to the I eat by the clock, and that works for me at this moment. But I don’t feel stressed between meals. And I’ve even had my hunger, like hunger pains and be like, “Oh, hello, I don’t know who you are”.
Denise: Hello there, my hunger.
Wendy: Hi. Yeah. And then I’ll just be able to tell myself I’ll look at the clock in my office and be like, “It’s a half hour till lunch. We’re fine. You’ll be okay,” and be able to carry on, so much different. So much different.
Denise: Oh, that’s amazing. For all you listening, there is a podcast about eating by the clock. Maybe I’ll replay that because it’s such a helpful tool because I think eating by hunger it’s an advanced skill, and there’s some other skills to learn before you learn that, for sure.
Wendy: Yeah. And I don’t think I’ve ever. Even in the times that frames that I’ve lost weight, I don’t think I have ever really understood what being hungry is. And for being 53 years old, it’s not something that just is gonna come naturally now, not at the moment.
Denise: So what have been some other surprises from 63 Surrendered?
Wendy: When I finished 63 Surrendered, I had made the commitment that I was not going to weigh. And so I had from a doctor’s appointment about a month previous before I started 63 Surrendered, I took that amount. And I can say from that amount that one of the reasons why I didn’t wanna weigh is because it was 399 pounds, and I did not wanna see it say 400. That’s just nope. So I did not weigh before we started.
And then afterwards I was praying about it. I did the urge to weigh sheets, and I was like, “I just have to trust that God.” And that’s the voice. God kept telling me, that reaffirming voice, “I led you here. Just trust me. Just trust me.”
And I was like, “Okay.” Then I was like, “Okay, so I’m going to weigh when we’re done with the nine weeks.” And I did, and I looked at the scale. I stepped off the scale. I got back on the scale and looked again and figured the scale had to be broken, and then just stood there in shock ’cause it said that I had lost 34 pounds in those nine weeks.
Denise: Yeah.
Wendy: And I was in total shock. I would’ve been happy with five pounds. I would’ve been thrilled and over the moon with five pounds because it would’ve just showed me that I was going in the right direction. I was doing what God wanted me to do. So 35 pounds really. I was in shock. It rattled my cage really good.
And yeah. Where in the past losing weight would have caused me to be, like, competitive and “You can do this,” and, “You can do better than this.” I would used to tell myself, “You can do better than this. You can keep going.” This did the opposite for me. I was in shock for three days.
And had to just kind of comfort myself not with food, but just comfort myself through it because I think my brain was panicking, “You lost 34 pounds. You should be, like, scared.” And I was like, “But I’m not scared, and I don’t feel scared.” And so it took me about three days to just become at peace with it and just be able to accept it.
And at the time, we were finishing up. We had about three and a half more weeks of Untroubled. We had started Untroubled before we finished 63 Surrendered. We kind of overlapped them. And I had three and a half weeks, three weeks left of Untroubled. And so I had decided I was gonna wait till the end of that before I weighed again, and I did, and I had gained five of it back.
And I was like almost like a breath, like a relief. Okay, you’re fine. My body, my brain was actually telling me, like, “Yep, yep, you’re fine. See? You can gain it back.” And I was like, yeah, I know I can gain it back. That’s what I’ve done my whole life. But I was like, okay, you’ve been stressed out. It’s been a stressful three weeks.
You need to return to what you were doing during 63 Surrender. I had to return to the calming part of 63 Surrender, doing the 90-second pause. I would try to do it many times throughout the day. I was amazed at the effect that had for me.
And making sure I sat down, I looked at my easy to stick to meal plans, and looked at the areas where maybe I had let it creep up, that things had snuck in a little more. And so I evaluated that, and evaluated the calming, and was like, okay, I’m back to this.
And so for a week, you know, just focused on my easy to stick to meal plan, and the calming, and then the following week weighed, and the five pounds had come off again. And it was like, that calming element for me just brings me back down to be able to say, to focus on what I’m supposed to do. I am an emotional eater, but stress just gets in my head and just does havoc on my whole body. Yeah.
Denise: So you gained the five pounds, and you are clear why. And when you went back to the basics of the Easy to Stick To meal plan and calming yourself. Your body just recalibrated and lost that five pounds.
Wendy: Yeah. Yep.
Denise: Yeah, I think what’s so interesting, Wendy, I wanna just point out a couple things that you’d said. You said that you were going through that when you stepped on the scale, which again, congratulations on that. I just feel like.
Wendy: Thanks.
Denise: God is just a God of miracles. And to go down, your brain had a reaction. Of course, because the last time that you had lost weight, the panic attacks and all of that. But I like how you just sat with your brain and calmed yourself and sat with yourself. And you said, “I comforted myself, but not with food.” Like, how incredible is that? That is a huge win.
Wendy: It’s a miracle, yeah. Yep. Yep, very much.
Denise: And the other piece I want to ask is during those nine weeks when you had the result of being down 34 pounds, how deprived had you felt during those nine weeks?
Wendy: Let me put it this way. At the end of nine weeks, I was worried it was going to go in the other direction because my meal plan had pizza and blue cheese on it, and my meal plan had a burger with chips on it, many days, most of the days. Easter was one of the last times that I can say that I physically binged on something, ’cause it was a box of Easter candy. And so all of that was in there.
And basically it was a matter of I binged on the box of Easter candy on Easter, I was laid up around Easter, and I was confined with a box of chocolate. And I ate a lot of the box of chocolate, but then the next day just got back on my meal plan and didn’t really beat myself up over it.
Denise: Yes
Wendy: And just was like, “Go forward.” And so I can say looking collectively behind me at the nine weeks, that’s why I was saying, if it had been five pounds, I would’ve been very happy. And so I was shocked.
Denise: Yeah. Okay, so what percentage of you was deprived?
Wendy: None. None.
Denise: Yeah.
Wendy: None. Yeah. No, none. No.
Denise: Okay, so you brought up a good point, and I like to talk to about this. You said, “I binged on Easter.” And then when is the last time that you’ve binged since then?
Wendy: Easter was the last time that I can physically say that I binged on something. Overeating’s a different story ’cause that’s a, more of a struggle, something that just working on, constantly working on s- solving and just watching ’cause my portion sizes are just.
Denise: Yeah.
Wendy: But there’s a part of me that if I put too much pressure on myself for my portion sizes, I am concerned that if it does look too much like deprivation, I will be in a bad place. And so I’m not, I’m praying about portion sizes.
Denise: And Wendy, I’m just gonna stop you because there’s two separate things and I as an emotional eater know the difference. You guys, and I want you all to hear this, and I’ve never said this out loud. There’s the binge, which is, “I don’t care, I’m doing it.”
And then there’s overeating. Overeating is totally different. Overeating isn’t like, “I give up, I don’t care.” Overeating is, “I’m having an extra portion. I’m having more. I’m feeling more full.” Totally different animal, and another skill.
But when you can say that we’re not saying the, “Oh, forget it. I don’t care,” that’s what a binge is. “I don’t care, I’m gonna finish the box,” or something like that. And what I think is incredible is as we’re recording this, we’re in the middle of June. So you’re saying that the last time you binged was two months ago, which is incredible.
Wendy: Yes.
Denise: And on, in a month, like, how often were you binging before 63 Surrendered? And let me just answer that for myself. Before I started this work, I was binging probably, like, full on maybe twice a week. Well, okay, maybe three. Okay, so go ahead.
Wendy: I would say for myself that it probably was a daily basis. Because I would do boxes of, I cannot be trusted with a box of Cheez-Its because I would eat the whole box at one sitting.
Denise: Wow.
Wendy: And all of these things I would take to my office. And so it was the mindless eating of while I was working of just keep going. So and then when I, when the box was gone, would realize, oh, but not really feel remorse for it, just be like, “Oh who cares. Nobody cares.”
Denise: Yeah. Yes. That’s a binge.
Wendy: And so, just keep doing it on a daily basis. I can say it was a daily habit. Yeah.
Denise: Wow. Okay, so you had Easter. And then you started 63 Surrendered in March. So between March and Easter, do you remember how many times you binged between them?
Wendy: I don’t think any. I think that Easter was really kind of like that, me feeling sorry for myself. Which I had to take a step back and be like, “Why did I just, why did I do that?” But I was feeling sorry for myself. I was in pain, and I ate the box, and it was the no remorse. You know? Like, nobody’s gonna stop me. I’m going to eat the whole thing.
Denise: Right. But when we step back, here’s what I want you to see, Wendy, and I want everybody to see. Wendy made the decision, God called her to 63 Surrender the middle of March, March 11th. So she’s had all of March to April, April to May, May to June, so three months of no binging. That’s incredible.
In fact, she’s gonna end this year with less binging days than she’s probably had, she maybe count them on her hand. But I mean, that’s the miracle that God does with your yes in this program. I mean, he has freed you from 90 binges. That blows my mind, and you’re not the only person I hear this from. Women who say, “This was it.” For some reason they started this, and God was like, “All right, you’re mine now.”
Wendy: Yep, very much so. Yep, very miraculous.
Denise: He’s so good. I For all you science nerds out there, Wendy and I were calculating her weight loss before we got on, and in general, I believe that you can take your current starting weight and multiply it the lowest end is the amount of weight that you can lose per week is multiply it by 0.005, and that’s half a percent. Everybody’s doing this right now, Wendy.
Wendy: Yes.
Denise: And then if you multiply it by 0.01. That’s the highest that you could lose. And after we did Wendy’s, she was at 0.08, 8.5, so nearly 9%. 9% of your weight that you lost in nine weeks. Without deprivation. Just God is so good and I also like that you’re so in tune with not allowing yourself to feel restricted and deprived. That’s so smart. We just have to create safety in the brain.
Wendy: Yep. Yeah. I have to be very careful about making sure that I stay away from that deprivation. I just know it’s gonna end in disaster if I do.
Denise: Ditto. Totally ditto. Was there any other highlights from the program that you haven’t talked about?
Wendy: Not that I can think of. I just think overall it’s been just. I just cannot believe that it has been just from March 11th, to now. I’m just amazed. Amazed at the grace of God leading me here of doing this program, of being able to do this program. Yeah, just astounded.
Denise: Just, you know. Yeah, when you say, “I can’t believe it’s only been since March 11th,” because why? Does it feel like you’ve been doing it longer, or it feels more natural, or.?
Wendy: I think that it would feel like I have been searching for this for a very long time. The simplicity of 63 Surrender. I can say that is what probably drew me from the beginning, is the simplicity, the spiritual element of this.
And as you said a little bit ago about the order, all of that is what kinda drew me, is that God’s plan is simple, and I just know I have to focus on God’s plan being simple for me and not let me get in the way of that.
But this just outlines that, you know? This for me just takes, it just screams simplicity. I just love in the morning that I do my easy-to-stick-to meal plan and then literally close my book, my binder, and set it away for the rest of the day, and I know exactly what I have to do, and I never think about it again until I go to get it out at night.
That is not what I did with food. I thought about food from morning until night, and this, that part of it, the peace involved with that, the peace that has come over me with all of this, Denise, is just. It’s miraculous. It is a miracle. It is really a miracle. I never thought it was possible. I really didn’t. I really had to find it. I’d kinda given up and just been like, “Okay, it is what it is. This is the way I’m going to be.” And so it’s truly amazing.
Denise: Yeah. Our God is a God of simplicity. Our God is a God of order, and our God is a God of peace and freedom. And I think that this program gives you that freedom from the food noise. It’s simplicity. It’s so ordered, and it’s so peaceful.
You set your food in the, at the beginning of the day, and you just set it aside and just know that it’s taken care of. So if you could go back to yourself before joining 63 Surrendered, what advice would you give yourself?
Wendy: I would tell myself to not be scared, and to go for it, because if I had done that, it would’ve been a month earlier, ’cause it took me about a month to finally sign up for 63 Surrender.
So it would’ve been a month before, and I would just reassure myself it is what God wants you to do, and go for it, and don’t be afraid. And looking back, I had to work through that for a month. I did get there. But yeah that’s what I would’ve told myself.
Denise: Yeah. And for the woman who’s listening right now who says, “I don’t know. That doesn’t, I don’t even know if that would work for me. I’ve tried so many things. I just wanna give up,” what would you say to her?
Wendy: Been there. Yeah. I can say that I have tried everything physically humanly possible that I could. I’ve tried everything spiritually possible. Between the Catholic program for Light Weigh and doing the 12 step way, I’ve tried so many different ways to let God just heal me, you know?
But I think that’s another element, is that in my head, with all of it, I somehow had this perception that God would just, could just heal me, and I didn’t have to do my part. And that’s what I’ve learned with this program, is I did have my part to do.
And yes, I have to surrender everything to him. I love the surrender novena, but I love the element of all throughout the day. I’m surrendering everything that comes up. I just think that’s a huge key to this program, is that everything that stands in my way, that comes between me, with the way. If something’s leading me toward food, I have found that, surrendering it, and it’s just. It changes. It changes. I just receive a strength to be able to go on.
And there’s just that I can do this. With God through surrendering everything, I can do this. And I can see that I have a part to do. So yeah, I would definitely encourage anybody to try this program. It’s.
Denise: Yeah.
Wendy: I have no regrets. No regrets.
Denise: Oh, that is so awesome. Well, thank you, Wendy, so much for sharing. Thank you your story today. It has just been such a pleasure and just been so inspiring.
Wendy: Well, thank you. Thank you for having me again.
Denise: And so for all of you who are interested in having the same results that Wendy has had, I am doing a free workshop called Weight Loss the Catholic Way. It’s July 7th. I’m gonna put the link in the description.
You can get your spot. It’s totally free. I’m giving away all of the process that Wendy describes and a few other details that Wendy did not even talk about, so you can find out exactly, step by step, how to lose weight the Catholic way at that free workshop.
So go into the description and get your spot today.
