Hey everybody,

So today I want to talk to you about how the scale is actually preventing you from having lasting weight loss. This is so controversial. I mean, in the United States, we just love stepping on the scale. We think it means so much. In the Weight Loss with the Holy Spirit program I recOmmend that women weigh at the beginning and then only monthly. And there’s a couple reasons for that. First off, let’s look at the two scenarios. There’s really only two scenarios because rarely does anyone step on the scale and have a neutral response, so that person we’re not going to talk about.
