Denise: All right, so everybody, we have a very special guest, on today talking about surrender and how surrender can be used to bring the Lord’s light into this advent for you, so it can be a more simple, more peaceful, more amazing advent than you’ve ever had before. And my special guest is Raquel from The Little Rose Shop. So welcome, Raquel.
Raquel: Thank you. I’m so excited to be here and chat with you.
Denise: So this podcast idea came out of. An email that I got from Raquel that she was doing a surrendered challenge with their email list, and I thought, Raquel, oh my gosh. How did you hear about those Surrender novena? And I do know that they have a lot of products and I see the mug everywhere.
When I use it on my calls. Women are always like, oh, I have that mug too. And I’m like, oh, I got it from the little rose shop. So I reached out to Raquel and I said, would you do a podcast with me on Surrender and let’s just chit chat about it. I just want somebody to talk to about it.
Raquel: Yeah. So I can’t remember the exact moment I came across the Surrender novena. But I first heard about it because right when the chosen started and was gaining popularity, I must have seen a video or something about Jonathan Rumi, you know, Jesus and how the whole reason he even came to the role of Jesus was because his acting career was like not going well. And he like had no money or something.
You might have to like fact check some of these details but basically, he was like hitting rock bottom or something and he came across the surrender novena. And decided well this is my last, go I’m just going to try this and see what happens. And so we started the surrender Novena and then he got a call to lead to him having this role of Jesus on the chosen.
And now we see how many lives he’s touching and how much the chosen has helped people. And, so that piqued my interest. I was like, what is this surrender novena? And so I looked it up and I just really liked the main line that you repeat. Oh, Jesus, I surrender myself to you take care of everything.
And to be honest I had heard that story with Jonathan Rumi piqued my interest. I looked into it, liked the line, but part of me was kinda like, I feel like it’s a cop out. Oh, just like whatever. I’m not gonna try anymore. But that’s not what it means. It means just like releasing this control piece.
And so as I started praying it more, and I didn’t start out by actually doing the novena. I just really liked the one, oh Jesus, I surrender myself to, you take care of everything. So sometimes I would pray that. And then I liked it enough that I decided, okay, I need to remember to pray this at one line at least.
And so my method of remembering to pray things is I put it on a mug because I don’t skip my morning coffee ever. It’s a very well established habit in my life. And so that’s like my little habit stacking or whatever trick is that I learn prayers by literally making an art piece of it so that the act of like me doing the art of it helps.
And so I put it on a mug and the surrender mug. And then I have a morning offering mug are my most grabbed mugs. Because those are the prayers that I find myself drawn to. They’re so quick and easy to say.
So anyways, I start praying this more. And I felt like the Holy Spirit was using it to just help me in different ways and showing me ways that I can not be so controlling. I grew up firstborn daughter and I think, stereotypical perfectionistic really found my worth in earning things and like taking control for myself.
And so I really felt like a lot of my life I had this idea that I had to earn God’s love. And I had to just, white knuckle my way through. And you know, it was a sign of weakness if I ever was vulnerable or asked for help.
And then, some of you guys know my story, but I think everything kind of came to a crashing realization and halt for me when I found myself pregnant at age 21, just totally broken alone, scared under tremendous spiritual attack, feeling like, oh no, I have to figure this out.
And so I kept it hidden and became very depressed, very isolated. The devil just was attacking me left and right. And feeling like I have to like, take care of this, like I have to fix this, which led me to calling Planned Parenthood and scheduling an abortion appointment.
And so that just shows how twisted, like when we think we have to control everything and we have to determine every outcome and we have to fix everything alone. Like that’s not healthy and that’s not how God made us.
And so when I came to the realization, which was in front of the Eucharist, a very powerful and convicting moment for me, that I was not alone and that God loved me and my brokenness, and it wasn’t too much for him. Like I very much remember him saying to me at a crucial moment, that your brokenness is not too much for me. I love you anyway. And I’m gonna cry. I remember.
But you know, when I had that realization that God loved me and my brokenness and it wasn’t too much and I wasn’t alone, it’s so many more like light came back into my life and hope and joy and options.
And it was because of that moment of realizing I wasn’t alone and I didn’t have to like just live this life by myself fixing and trying to white knuckle my way and trying to carry everything by myself, which only led me to like more and more destruction, that I wasn’t alone. That God was there, that through that. Praise God. I had the strength to cancel my abortion appointment and choose life.
And then so much life and joy and things that I never would’ve imagined came from that. I hadn’t known about the surrender novena at that time, but like now that I know about it and have been praying the prayers, like that was certainly a moment of surrender. It only led to goodness.
Denise: Yeah.
Raquel: Even though I thought I was at such a dark place in my life. And like I said, blinded by a lot of lies that the devil was feeding me, I didn’t think that choosing life was going to be good.
Denise: Right.
Raquel: Like I was so. Messed up and blinded and trying to control and trying to like hide and trying to like fix. And then when I let go of that, it’s I feel like it’s when my life like started.
Denise: Yes, totally.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: And why I say totally.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: Is because what I think my audience can hear from you is when we feel like we’re at a low. And our palms are open and we say, I don’t know, Lord, I have nothing else here. I have nothing else. And you had him speak to you and said, Hey, listen, you’re not too much for me. I can carry you through this.
And to the women who are listening, they can probably very much relate to that. I got nothing left. I just remember personally me, I describe my bottom with food as just being flat on my back. Like I tried all the things, I tried all the diets and the therapy, and there’s this point where we’re so low that I just, I describe it as just being flat on my back, no options.
Arms open, like I have nothing else, Lord. And that is that surrender. It is that surrender piece where he’s like, all right then. I guess you’re gonna say yes to me, but where I really wanted to go with this, Raquel, is that in that moment we don’t see how miraculous that is.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: We can’t envision that our life is actually just beginning at that point. And now being years removed from that, we see, wow. It had to get to there for me to have the new life.
Raquel: Yes.
Denise: That he creates in us to have all this light. In our lives. And I think that’s really why I want to do this, was because the whole concept of the darkness that we’re holding and we’re grasping to, and we believe it’s just so safety.
And whether it’s unplanned pregnancy or worry or stress or control or earning the Lord’s love or just all the twisted things that this world leads us, or excessive busyness or believing that we have to say yes to. All the volunteering things or just the, you can hear the chaos that’s in my voice. I feel like Advent is this time, like Lent can be.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: We can slow down and bring our head above water and start to say, oh, let go of this darkness and this darkness, and this darkness and this darkness. And what I think is beautiful about the surrender novena is that you had a faith and you had your. I’m not gonna call it a white light moment, but sort of a spiritual awakening of surrendering. Without the surrender novena.
But what’s amazing about the surrender novena is that anyone who says, Oh, I want what Raquel has. Oh, I want what Denise has. Can pick that up. And that is their Yes to the Lord.
Raquel: Yeah. And I think I personally just needed that fall flat on my face moment. God, that was a gift for me personally, because I don’t know that I would’ve done it a simpler way. There’s like a simpler way that you can surrender to God than what my experience was. And I think I said, when I first heard it, I was oh, that’s a cop out. Like you’re surrendering.
But I think, as I’ve grown and prayed it more, God’s revealed to me, like a lot of us struggle with a certain level of pride where we don’t wanna surrender ’cause we have this belief that we should be able to do it ourselves.
And we don’t like, need God we’re like a little bit prideful in the sense that I should be able to do this. I’m, like I said, white knuckling my way through it seems like everyone else is handling things. I should be able to do this on my own. And it’s an interesting way the devil attacks us and it’s actually like pride and
Denise: Yeah, it’s very twisted.
Raquel: And you have to actually be humble enough to realize. That you can’t do it. And that’s the point. And you do have to surrender to God. You actually were these broken humans and we actually can’t, we actually can’t do it without God and the saints like figure that out.
And the more I like study and read from the saints. A lot of times, like at first it seems like they’re so self-deprecating. They’re like, I’m nothing, I can’t do anything without God. And I’m like, man, they’re hard on themselves. They’ve actually reached this point of humility of realizing like. It’s not like in a, I’m the worst, like I’m a miserable human. I shouldn’t exist.
Denise: Right.
Raquel: It’s not like that type of self-deprecating, but they’re like just acknowledging and humble enough to say, I’m a broken human and I can’t do it without God. And having that like realization and like that surrender, it’s like a breath of oh, I don’t have to do it and I’m actually not supposed to do it by myself.
And God’s finally, you get it. And now I’m here and I’m gonna like you said, like life is gonna begin now and I’m gonna shock and awe you with what I can do now that you’ve realized that you can’t do it by yourself, because I’m here to help you and give you more than you could have ever dreamed of.
Denise: Yeah. I find that especially with women in their food issues, they believe that they have to do it all. And they don’t even know that the Lord wants to be integrated into everything, including this. And it’s this relief. Once they finally realize, oh wait, he does want to help me.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: But there’s a nuance there between, you said, resignation and surrender. I like to say between giving up and surrender. And so I just wanna address that for a minute. I did a whole podcast on this, but giving up is like, I can’t do it on my own strength, so I’m just gonna use the food as an example, because that’s my audience.
Raquel: Yes.
Denise: I can’t do this on my own strength, and so therefore it doesn’t matter. So I’m gonna still just go eat all the things and not really take care of myself and neglect myself and over schedule myself and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay. That’s giving up. So that’s resignation, giving up.
But surrender says, oh Lord, holy cow. I can’t handle this by myself. Let me go to you and you tell me how you want me to handle this because I’m gonna give up my idea. So we’re surrendering, like the way I want things to go.
People ask me, well, how do I know if I’m surrendering or not surrendering? Because we can be like so scrupulous.
Raquel: I know. I’m glad you said that because that’s why I originally was to a little skeptical of the surrender novena.
Denise: Yeah.
Raquel: Because the devil was like totally making me think oh, you’re just gonna give up and not even try and that seemed silly. And I was like, that doesn’t seem right. But true surrender. Like what you said it’s letting God like, inform us and guide us instead of us trying to like, take the lead.
Denise: Yeah.
Raquel: And drive the car as if we know everything, which we don’t.
Denise: So I like to do the Cliff Notes version. As if you’re surrendering, if the Lord says do this, and you’re like, okay. Or he just doesn’t talk to you about it, but you’re talking to him about it and we are detached from the outcome.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: Like, we’re only doing this because the Lord said, I’m doing this to please him. And what he does with the outcome is all his business.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: I mean that’s really what happened when you found yourself pregnant, when you’re like, I don’t know God, but I guess.
Raquel: yeah.
Denise: You said follow me. Yeah. So in the surrender novena, so now do you say the surrender novena now, personally, I’m just curious, or do you still just stick with the one, the main line?
Raquel: I tend to stick with the main line, but I have done the novena. I don’t know if anyone can relate, but I don’t have a high success rate with completing Novenas.
Denise: Right.
Raquel: I’m a great starter, but not so great at finishing them. But I have done the Surrender Novena one time in full. I’ve started it a couple times and not made it. I am a fan of the short prayer because I pray that God can still do something with me just saying the short prayer for sure. And not the full novena.
So that is my go-to for sure. Is remembering if I can’t do the novena, I can at least say the one line. But I have done the novena one time. I feel like I reserve it for a special intention, and then I’m like, oh, this would be a good thing to do the full novena. But tell me what you do. I’d love to.
Denise: So I heard about the surrender novena, so I’m gonna give you a little backstory real quick. I heard about the surrender novena when I was doing wellness coaching for a couple that were in their sixties and they wanted to get healthy to go on a pilgrimage.
Anyway, they’re both very devoutly Catholic and she mentioned the surrender novena. And I was like, that’s intriguing. I don’t know what that is, but I like what it’s called. And then it showed up in two or three other places in my life and I just kept becoming more and more curious.
When we got done coaching, she had sent me a chaplet as well as the surrender novena, as a gift. It was gorgeous. I loved it. And it was a little prayer card. I started saying this to novena and didn’t stop.
Raquel: Wow.
Denise: So I started saying it and that’s not like me. I am such a novena person, and then I get like day four and I’m like, oh, do I have to catch up because I missed two days. So I really like, so it was very interesting to me.
Raquel: Wow.
I think that I actually stuck with it, but I think I stuck with it too because it was printed and because it was short. I was like.
Raquel: I do like that.
Denise: This is so manageable. To make a long story short, since then we have now our entire programs are all based on the surrender novena because I do believe it is just that powerful, especially for women.
Who are trying to change their lives and are really trying to overcome the struggles with food and weight, because a lot of that is just the gripping and the control and the holding the weight of the world.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: So if they can learn the one skill of surrendering, I mean, man, it is just so powerful. Anyway, so our entire programs are based on that the women in our programs, they say the surrender novena for the duration of our programs. As just a daily habit.
And then I’ve written many reflections that the Lord’s been, on the surrender novena. So they say the surrender novena, and then they have one or two questions reflecting on it. So I feel like the surrender novena and I are like so entwined. Because even though. The reflections that I’ve written, and I’ve only written four sets of reflections.
Each time I’ve done them and repeated the questions, it’s just so different, and I just love that. I love how the Lord, like you said, even if I just say the one word, the one sentence, we just trust that he’s changing us and growing us. And He is. And every time that he asks you to do the surrender novena, you’re coming from a different place.
And so it doesn’t matter if you say it daily or once a year or ongoing, and I don’t say that, I just feel like it’s just an example of how the Lord calls us all to different things, and they’re all equally perfect for each one of us.
Raquel: Yes. Yeah. I love that.
Denise: But there is one thing that I really wanted to make sure that I said during this podcast, and there’s two lines that jump out to me in the surrender novena, and the first one I believe is in day one. And it says, why do you confuse yourself with worry? It’s the very first line of the whole novena. And it’s a question, why do you confuse yourself with worry?
And I remember thinking like. What, I’m not confusing myself with worry and just recognizing that Jesus literally is like, this is what you’re doing when you’re worrying, creating confusion. And it just landed somewhere in me because I know that the Lord only creates clarity and it’s his enemy that creates confusion.
And then the other part, I feel like it’s day six. But it’s something about being agitated and he goes, oh, how much? The enemy loves that because it removes you from my protection. And I’m like, and I heard that when I was reading, I think, what’s that? That Jacques Philippe book That’s.
Raquel: The Finding and Maintaining Peace or something.
Denise: Right.
Raquel: I love that book.
Denise: Right. Because it’s all, so I was reading and I never finished it, but that’s okay. But that line came through when I was like, yes. So when we’re agitated, we’re removed from the Lord’s Protection. That was really powerful to me. It really created peace as my goal.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: In like all aspects of my life. I work on that like hourly, just so you know.
Raquel: Yeah. Oh my gosh. Yeah. Same.
Denise: I just thought, what I loved about the novena is that it felt like a teacher to me. It felt like I got so many principles from it.
Raquel: Yeah. And it’s that so many saints and I have, of course, don’t have them written down in front of me, but so many of them talk about not worrying and like stop troubling yourself with this and you’re wasting your life, if you’re worrying about things. And it’s true.
And so I actually have a background in mental health. I was a licensed school counselor for several years. And it’s, from my training there, like it’s true like anxiety. What it does is it takes you out of the present moment and it takes you to like. An imaginary scenario that’s not even happening.
And it’s true, like when we worry or we become anxious, we’re like thinking of things that could happen or we’re thinking like, maybe this person is thinking this about me, or I wonder, you know, you’re wondering and you’re not actually like living in the present moment anymore. And that’s why it’s so stressful. It’s ’cause you’re living in a world that doesn’t exist right now, and you’re just swirling and none of that stuff is actually happening.
Denise: And since the Lord only lives in the moment.
Raquel: Yes, that’s exactly what it made me think of is that is what the devil is doing when you’re stressing about those things or. Feeling anxious as you’re being taken out of the present moment into this imaginary space that isn’t even real.
And God wants you to come back to reality because in reality he is there and you are safe with God. And God has already won the battle like he has already won and he wants you to remember that.
And it’s just so interesting, that yeah. That it all tracks with all the brain science and the research. And it’s amazing how these prayers and a lot of the saints, they just had it figured out. And a lot of psychology research is just like catching up. You know? With mindfulness and stuff like, mindfulness is really just like becoming aware of your present reality.
And that’s why mindfulness is so helpful for treating anxiety and depression is because anxiety and depression is a lot of you’re not living in the present moment anymore. You’re like swirling in these what ifs and imaginary scenarios that you’re stewing over.
Denise: Yeah.
Raquel: When you come back to mindfulness and reality and in the present moment where God is, your anxiety goes away.
Denise: We talk about that as tornado thinking when you’re in tornado thinking.
Raquel: Exactly.
Denise: And when you can calm yourself. Then you can align with the Holy Spirit and you’ve taken captive those thoughts. So they’re no longer in tornado. We take them captive and then align them to the Lord. And that’s how our wills are aligned, and that’s how we’re surrendering those thoughts and that’s how we can truly be under his protection. Again, the brain science meets spirituality.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: And meet, just the Lord is so fabulous. I always say we are living in the best time to understand how our brains work.
Raquel: Yes.
Denise: So I think, as we talk about advent, the whole concept of anxiety, tornado thinking, the darkness, the gripping. We just hope that. Maybe one little finger can start to become just a little bit looser. That as people practice the surrender novena, the Lord will enlighten them to what they need to know.
We’re just sharing our experiences, but each person will have their own spiritual journey. And it’s just sometimes I think the simplicity of the surrender novena at such a beautiful time of the year instead of, and I’m not saying people shouldn’t do like. Bigger advent programs or more reflection.
I think I just wanna say, hey, if you wanna keep it simple, yet powerful, and bring in the Lord’s light, the surrender novena is a beautiful way to just do it for a couple weeks. Preparing your heart for advent. And the Lord will reveal what he wants you to let go of so that more light can come in.
And so, the last couple things that I want to leave with is for you personally, when you do find yourself gripping and you want to surrender something and you feel sort of that tug of war, how do you stay peaceful?
Raquel: Yeah, I mean. It, like you said, sometimes it’s like a minute by minute battle.
Denise: Totally.
Raquel: Depending on the type of day you’re having. But I’ve recently just really realized how I need to ask the Holy Spirit more. I don’t know about your like early formation, but like I was raised Catholic Cradle Catholic. And I feel like it’s not until like literally now my mid thirties, that I have realized I have access to the Holy Spirit anytime I want.
I feel like I was raised and the Holy Spirit was just kind of this like mysterious, this mysterious thing that we didn’t really know what it was or like how do you talk to the Holy Spirit, you know? And I’ve only recently realized like, wow, I can literally say, come Holy Spirit, and I can ask for specific gifts.
And I’m not kidding you. Sometimes it’s like immediate, I feel peace or the grace is given for me to get through whatever the present moment is that I’m battling. And so accessing the Holy Spirit has become a huge. A huge part of how I am navigating my life right now.
Denise: That’s so cool.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: Hey, which was kind of a nice segue. Do you have any books or resources in your shop about the Holy Spirit so people can learn how to access the Holy Spirit and the gifts? What gifts to ask for?
Raquel: Yes, I actually do have one in our freebie vault. Just on our website we have a little dropdown that. I have a lot of free resources. And there’s one on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, what they are, and just like ideas of when to ask.
And like I mentioned earlier, for me. I’m a coffee gal and I will not miss my morning coffee. I do have a mug that says, come Holy Spirit. And it has the gifts listed on it because I still haven’t committed every single gift to memory. So that way I can quickly see like, oh, these are all the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
And then it like jogs my memory of which one I could possibly ask for. I am such a visual person. I need visual cues and the little printout in our free D vault that describes kind of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have that in my bathroom next to my sink. ’cause that’s actually.
Denise: Oh, nice.
Raquel: That’s like my little escape. Like if things are crazy, I kinda go into my bathroom’s connected to my closet, so it’s more so my closet. But I go in there and I’m just like. Look at my little sheet, my little cheat sheet of gifts of the Holy Spirit, and we’ll say a quick prayer and then I’ll emerge again to deal with screaming children or whatever.
The 4:00 PM dinner witching hour. That’s usually when I’m like, I need to go to my closet really quick, and I take a quick moment for myself recoup, like you said, try to calm that tornado thinking. Ask for the Holy Spirit to guide me or to give me fortitude strength, just to get through dinner time, whatever it is.
And so that’s been huge. And it obviously goes hand in hand with surrender because you’re like, you’re calling out to Jesus the Holy Spirit.
Denise: Yeah. I can’t do this.
Raquel: Every person in the Trinity.
Denise: On my own. Oh, I love that we will link in the description so everybody can get that freebie. That is awesome. And so if you could leave women with one message about surrender this Advent, what would that be?
Raquel: I think if you’re struggling with it it’s just one sentence to start, oh, Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything. Write it down on a sticky note or something and just have it somewhere so you can visually be reminded. This takes literally, how many seconds did that take? Like three.
Denise: Yeah, true.
Raquel: And just like, just say it and see what happens. And I think you know, advent is always like reflective for me. ’cause as I kind of shared my story, I became. Pregnant at 21 unexpectedly and became a single mom. And I always am like thinking about Mary, and how she is such a example and perfect gift of surrender and yes to God.
And like really meditating on Mary’s journey through Advent. And just kind of walking alongside her I think is so inspiring because she was just this young girl who got pregnant by the Holy Spirit but had her whole life rocked, was gonna become the mother of Jesus, and said yes.
And I don’t know how much was revealed to her, you know, in those moments, but she still was human and so she was still scared. I actually never noticed. But in the story of the Annunciation, it says after the angel told her, it says Mary was greatly troubled.
And for some reason that actually gave me a lot of consolation because I think sometimes we’re like, oh, like when you say yes to God, you’re supposed to just be happy go lucky, and like let’s skip around and it’s supposed to all be great.
But Mary said yes to God and she was greatly troubled and she still continued on. And for some reason that gives me a lot of consolation because it’s hard. It’s hard to say yes to God, it’s hard to surrender, but Mary did it and we can be comforted by her.
And she’s like our heavenly mother and she’s gonna walk with us and she knows what it’s like. And I think that’s what’s comforting is she knows how hard it is and she’s gonna be there too. So yeah. I get emotional when I talk about that.
Denise: That’s just so beautiful. Thank you, Raquel. I have nothing else to say. I mean, that’s just so true. Like she was troubled. She knows what it’s like.
Raquel: Yeah. I think that’s what’s so comforting about just everything with Jesus and Mary is they were human and it’s not like they’re, it’s not like they’re above human suffering. Like they went through the suffering and they’re literally next to you.
Like I think of the lowest moments of my life and all I have to do is turn to my right and I will see Jesus beaten. Bloody and on the ground next to me, like wanting to pick me up and carry me with him. Like he’s not, like above, like looking down on me. He’s next to me, like battling, going through the suffering with me.
And I think that’s the most comforting thing about our faith is that. They did it. Jesus went through the suffering. Mary did too. She went through it. And so we are not alone. We are not alone. They are with us. And I think that that is so beautiful.
Denise: That’s just amazing. It’s just so true. You’ve given me something to think about, because it makes me wonder like they brought Jesus into human form and Mary, of course, but it’s almost so that we could see, so we could have examples so that we could see that humanness.
And we could know that. Not that we can do it alone, but because they did it, we aren’t alone and we have the strength to say yes. I mean, if anything, it’s the strength to say yes and then they take over.
Raquel: Yeah.
Denise: Raquel, thank you so much for your time today sharing your story. It’s just been really, really moving. It’s been wonderful to get to know you more too.
Raquel: Yes, you too. It’s been such a blessing.
Denise: So for women who are wanting more surrender novena products or looking for Christmas things that are Catholic, tell us a little bit about your shop as well as any discounts or anything that are happening now.
Raquel: Yeah, so I think it’s this is posting like a little before Christmas, so I can guarantee that we will be having Christmas sales over at my shop, thelittleroseshop.com. One of the favorites, as you mentioned, is our Surrender Novena products. We just have a handful of products because I love the one line in the prayer, oh, Jesus, I surrender myself to you take care of everything.
So we have that. Beautiful design on mugs and blankets and pouches. ’cause we need that visual reminder and sometimes it’s easier to pray when you can. You can see it, see it right in front of your face. So we have those along with other products and the little rose shop, like our mission is that we help bring faith into everyday life.
And we do that by putting prayers, words of encouragement, scripture onto our products so that you can see it and be reminded that God is with you in this moment, in this normal moment when you’re doing dishes, when you’re preparing a meal for your family.
Like God is in those moments when you’re up late at night with a baby that won’t sleep like he’s in those moments and we just hope our products can be. You know there to remind you that he’s there and you’re not alone. So.
Denise: Thank you. Well, we’ll put links to your shop as well as the freebie in the description. Thank you so much, Raquel.
Raquel: Thanks, Denise.
